Heat phases A and B at 75°C. When the two phases are homogeneous, add phase B in phase A. Allow the emulsion to cool while stirring. At 60-55°C, homogenize with Ultra Turrax T50 during 1 mn at 4000rpm. At T<40°C, add phase C and cool down to room temperature. Adjust pH at 6.4-6.6 with phase IV.
